I think Greg works hard to give us lots of good information and tips that
I find very valuable.  I have been a Realtor for a long time and know that we constantly need to be reminded to get back to basics, call those FSBO's, Expireds, previous clients, etc. to get us back on track when our business goes down.

I have always believed in taking lots of educational classes, setting goals
and keeping a positive attitude.  I think Greg helps us do all these things on line and he also sets an example himself which most trainers are not out in the business day in day out like he is.  I think he does a first rate job.
